There is a 12-hour cancellation policy for all classes. For ‘No Show’ 1 class will be deducted for Unlimited memberships, MYR10 will be charged.
Sometimes, we will have to cancel the class if the attendance is low, you will be notified via email and whatsapp at least 6 hours before.
Yes, you can if you have a Shareable package. Book in using ‘+1’ option after you have chosen your class > you can choose which package the credit will be deducted from.
Please arrive 10 mins earlier to sign the waiver form and properly set up for the class
Please arrive at least 10 mins earlier for both the classes and the plunge sessions.
We have a strict 5 mins entry policy. If you show up later than 5 mins after the class has begun, you may be denied entry.
PLUNGE CLUB : You must arrive earlier or on time for your session. If you are late, you may not be allowed entry to the plunge area for your session.
Yes, we have water dispensers. Please bring your own bottle
Please wear appropriate workout gear. For Strength training with weights, please ensure you wear covered shoes. For Ride classes, cycling shoes will be provided.
Yes, we have shower facilities. Don’t forget to bring a towel or you can rent one from us (RM3)

Your package will automatically be added to your account and you can then select your classes on our timetable.
Swimwear or quick dry activewear is ideal. No nudity allowed (we like to keep things chill, not awkward). Bring a towel (or rent one for RM3) and a change of clothes for after.
We have 2 tubs for you to experience :
Plunge 1 @ 9-12 degrees – A great starting point if it’s your first plunge or if you simply want a less intense experience. It still delivers all the benefits without the extra shock.
Plunge 2 @ 5-7 degrees – For when you’re ready to turn up the challenge. Perfect if you’re already comfortable with cold exposure or want to test your mental grit.
Note for women: Women’s distinct body functions, including body composition, metabolic rates, and hormonal variations, can influence their response to cold stress. Research suggests that the ideal temperature is around 10–12°C—can help mitigate risks and reduce stress responses from overexposure to extreme cold.
For safety reasons, cold plunges are for ages 16 and above. Teens aged 16-18 must have a signed parental waiver and be accompanied by an adult. No young children are allowed in the tubs.
For beginners, 30 secs – 2 mins is a great start. If you are more experienced, up to 3-5 minutes is generally safe.
Yes, but we recommend warming up naturally first. Let your body do its thing – shivering is part of the rewarming process.
If you have cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled high pressure, cold-related conditions (like Raynaud’s), infectious or open skin diseases or are pregnant, please check with a doctor before plunging.

Absolutely! Buy a shareable package or book 2 sessions at the same time. Each tub can fit 2 small adults in a cosy manner or book both plunge rooms, whatsapp us in advance and we will open up the partition door between the 2 rooms.
Our chillers use UV sanitation technology that continuously disinfects the water safely and effectively. For added hygiene, we run a 10-minute cleaning cycle between each session, and the tubs are fully drained and deep-cleaned every week.
Please arrive early (at least 10 mins before) to prepare. If you are late, we may not be able to allow you to have your session due to other scheduled bookings.
