The Cold Plunge Pledge

Cancer treatment is physically and mentally demanding.
The cold plunge symbolises resilience, courage, and the strength to push through.
Participants can take the Cold Plunge Pledge and raise donations through a simple challenge: Every 15 seconds in the cold plunge = RM20 donated.
Example pledges:
15 sec — RM20
30 sec — RM40
1 min — RM80
2 min — RM160
3 min — RM240

Marketplace Vibes
Beyond the bikes, the studio will be buzzing with marketplace energy throughout the day. Explore a selection of local vendors, wellness brands, coffee, food and community partners supporting the event.
Come ride, hang out, and support local while supporting a meaningful cause.
Kids Circuit (For ages 5-10 years)
Our Kids Circuit is a fun mini obstacle course where little ones can run, jump, and play while parents ride.
Participation is free, and we encourage donations to support the fundraiser.
About Pink Ladies Penang
Penang Pink Ladies is a volunteer-led NGO dedicated to raising awareness, support and funds for individuals and families in our community facing cancer. They organise and collaborate on engaging, meaningful events that bring people together while raising vital funds to support cancer care and initiatives in Penang. Funds raised directly support the vital work of Mount Miriam Cancer Hospital and the Penang Hospice Society, and also other special cancer care initiatives within the community.
