Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all memberships, class packs, passes, retail services, and experiences (including cold plunge sessions) purchased from Fierce Fitness Asia Sdn Bhd (“Fierce Fitness”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By making a purchase or booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Refund Policy

  • All memberships, class packs, passes, drop-in classes, workshops, and cold plunge sessions are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • All fees must be paid in full prior to accessing any Fierce Fitness services.
  • Purchases are final once payment has been completed.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

  • In exceptional cases, refund requests may be submitted for review.
  • All refund requests are subject to prior review and approval at the sole discretion of Fierce Fitness.
  • Approval of a refund is not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Exceptional circumstances may include, but are not limited to: – Long-term medical conditions or injuries preventing participation – Permanent relocation outside the service area – Other unforeseen circumstances deemed valid by Fierce Fitness
  • Supporting documentation may be required as part of the review process.

3. Approved Refunds

  • If a refund is approved, it may be issued as:

– A partial monetary refund

– Studio credit

– Membership freeze or extension

  • The refund method and amount will be determined by Fierce Fitness.
  • Any used classes, sessions, or benefits will be deducted from the refundable amount where applicable.
  • Administrative or processing fees may apply.

4. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be provided for the following:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Failure to attend booked classes or sessions
  • Late cancellations or no-shows
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Temporary illness, fatigue, or soreness
  • Missed classes due to travel or personal commitments
  • Dissatisfaction with instructors, class style, or programming

5. Studio-Initiated Cancellations

  • If a class or cold plunge session is cancelled by Fierce Fitness for operational, safety, or maintenance reasons, the affected class or session credit will be returned to the member’s account.
  • Studio-initiated cancellations do not qualify for cash refunds.

6. Retail & Third-Party Services

  • Retail items, merchandise, or third-party services purchased through Fierce Fitness are non-refundable unless defective.
  • Defective items must be reported within seven (7) days of purchase and may be eligible for exchange or store credit at the discretion of Fierce Fitness.

7. How to Request a Refund Review

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through the official Fierce Fitness communication channels.
  • Requests must include the reason for the refund and any supporting documentation.
  • Refund review decisions will be communicated within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Policy Updates

  • Fierce Fitness reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time.
  • Any updates will be communicated via email, app notification, or in-studio notice.
  • Continued use of Fierce Fitness services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

By purchasing any service or product from Fierce Fitness, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
