Performance RIDE

Performance Ride is a data-driven indoor cycling class designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and power output through structured training. This class uses the Motosumo app, providing real-time metrics to help riders understand and optimise their performance. Riders will be guided through zone-based training, using metrics such as cadence (RPM), resistance (effort level), and estimated watt output. The session targets specific energy systems by alternating between endurance, strength, and high-intensity intervals — all synchronized with music to maintain rhythm and motivation.
Participants are encouraged to download the Motosumo app before class. The app tracks cadence via motion sensors, displays live feedback, and helps riders understand their training zones, even without a power meter.

RHYTHM RIDE

Ride to the beat in this high-energy spin session where every pedal stroke syncs with the music, turning your workout into a rhythmic adventure. Build strength and endurance as you power through climbs, sprints, and intervals, all while keeping pace with the energizing playlist. Optional hand choreography adds an extra groove to your ride, making it as fun as it is effective. Perfect for all levels—come move, sweat, vibe, and leave feeling stronger and unstoppable!

Power RIDE

Push your limits with a ride designed to build strength and stamina. This class combines challenging peaks, powerful surges, and steady endurance intervals to an awesome playlist to keep you energized and motivated. Perfect for those ready to sweat, climb, and conquer! 

HYBRID RIDE

The perfect mix of power and endurance. In this ride, we build stamina, strength, and resistance – without overwhelming you with complicated combos.
Expect longer pushes, heavier climbs, and strategic sprints designed to test your limits and level up your performance.
