Step into a transformative 2-hour experience with Kerry Husbands, UK-certified Living Yoga Method teacher, cold therapy & breath work coach.
This workshop is designed for those who want to learn about cold water therapy , reset the nervous system and leave feeling stronger inside and out.
We’ll begin by raising the heat—through guided breathwork and dynamic, sweat-inducing movement —to ignite your energy, boost circulation, and prepare your body and mind for the ultimate plunge.
Then comes the Ice Bath immersion — not as a test, but as a tool. A practice that helps you move beyond doubt, quiet the mind, and access your highest potential. Through the stillness of the cold, you’ll discover:

· Balancing hormones and energy levels
· Improving sleep quality and recovery
